-Answer the form for registration.-Registration Form would contain Basic Information such as:

Payment instructions and other details would be included in the form also.-Attendees are required to purchase a minimum purchase amount of Php 250.00. Present the receipt to the organizer to claim your Nahyuck kit.-Receipts are strictly 1:1, One receipt will not be counted as two under any circumstances.-This is a come and go event.
